Wholesale Information

Our Wholesale Accounts receive the following benefits:

Wholesale Pricing on all Qualifying Purchases, usually 16.5% Off listed Retail Prices with a Minimum Purchase of 15 Larger Pieces (1Kg+ / 20Kg +/-) or Fifteen Kilos (15Kg) in Small Pieces.
ADDITIONAL dollar volume discounts off wholesale prices:

$25,000 - $50,000 = 2.5%
$50,000 - $75,000 = 5%
$75,000 - $100,000 = 7.5%
$100,000 and Above = 10%

Crystal Skulls are discounted at the Artist/Carvers descretion. Their requirements generally are:

Minimum purchase of 20-30Kg* for Wholesale Lot Pricing. (*20-25 Sm-Med Skulls)
Minimum purchase of 10 Large (5Kg+) or Specialty Pieces for Discount Pricing.
Mixed Lots of Retail Crystal Skulls may have various pricing dependant upon material and Artist.
Stones of Brasil Skull Lots may be custom ordered. I.E.: Size, Materials Mix

Wholesale Pricing

The pricing listed in our Wholesale section is Wholesale Pricing. The pricing is direct from the owners of the lots with 16.5% added for our time and expenses incurred in travel, photographing, listing on our site, and over seeing the packing and shipment of these lots. We act as the Agent/Broker on your behalf with the owners in the sale of these lots.

As with any large purchase such as a home or a car, the pricing of these lots are NEGOTIABLE; in fact some lots mention this in their descriptions. You are more than welcome to make a REASONABLE OFFER on any lot which, we will then convey to the lots owner who will likely make a final counter offer. If there is an agreement; samples can be sent, in certain cases (Gemstone Rough), with piece cost and shipping payment.

You may also request a break or sale of a portion of the lot. Again some lots mention the availability of this option in their descriptions. If a break of the lot is agreed to it will generally incur a higher per Kilo cost. Some lots descriptions specifically state that the owner will not break the lot.

Where pricing is not listed please contact us for STOCK AVAILABILITY and a FIRM QUOTE. It is recommended that the client always first check availability of any lots listed on this site.

Terms

Terms are generally 50% Down to commence packing and 50% Cash Against Documents for the lot to be released to your forwarder. Payment for large lots is accepted via Direct Wire Transfer Only to Stones of Brasil's American accounts. No Credit Terms are extended, all Wholesale sales are Cash Only.

Shipping

For large Wholesale Lots it is the Client's Responsibility to provide a freight forwarder (DHL/FedEx/UPS) Foreign Account # but, we can and will assist you in this matter. Contracting the forwarder however, is strictly the responsibility of the client. Some smaller lots may be shipped via the Brasilian Correios mail system.
