Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

Correios Economy Mail

(14 - 24 Days)

This is the shipping that is set in our shopping cart and includes insurance. It is not traceable outside of Brasil, though internal enquiries can be made.

Correios EMS

(5 - 7 Business Days Delivery)

Please contact us and we will calculate costs then send you a PayPal invoice with insurance included. Traceable Worldwide!

Sedex Express

(4 - 6 Business Days Delivery)

Please contact us and we will calculate costs then send you a PayPal invoice with insurance included. Traceable Worldwide!

We go to great lengths to make sure your item arrives safely!

All items are shipped in a custom made high density cardboard and Styrofoam double box! The item is wrapped in bubble wrap, then triple wrapped in newspaper! It is layed on a bed of newspaper, then tightly pack with newspaper all around!

All items are shipped Insured with Tracking.

We Do Not Ship Without Insurance!

The PayPal checkout system does not allow for the actual discounts we can give on shipping by combining multiple orders. We will reply with an invoice that you can then pay directly through Paypal using the address: sales@stonesofbrasil.com

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express through our secure PayPal shopping cart for online orders.

You may also call 1-845-363-6554 to place an order over the phone. If you pay by Cashiers Check or Money Order your order will ship the day of deposit. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check. We will supply you with the U.S. bank address and account # to which you should mail your payment.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

We request returned items be shipped via a trackable method and insured.
We will assist you in handling claims for damages ocurring during shipping with USPS, Correios, or Sedex insurance claims.
We do not refund postage.
